It is recommended to measure your wrist below the wrist bone (towards the hand, see picture). Here's how each bracelet measures:

Adult (men) - small (ideal for 16.5 cm wrist) : 18.5 cm

Adult (men)  - Medium (ideal for 18.5 cm wrist) : 20.5cm

Adult (men) - Large (ideal for 20.5 cm wrist) : 22.5 cm

It is important to cleanse and recharge the crystals regularly. Briefly, crystals have their own vibrational energy and they absorb a lot of ambient energies (they will not steal your good energies, don't worry 😉). After wearing a bracelet, the crystals have accumulated energy (from you and the environment) and have also shared and used their energy, so it is time to cleanse and recharge them.

---When to do it?
I recommend doing this after each day of use, but you can do it after a few days as well.

---How to do it?
My favorite method is selenite. In my opinion, this is the simplest and quickest method. Selenite is a stone that cleanses and recharges at the same time. There are selenite plates and bowls (which I sell here by the way😊). Simply place the bracelet on it for a few hours or overnight and that's it, your bracelets will be cleaned and recharged!
It is also possible to cleanse and recharge crystals in other ways, but there are several restrictions and one must be informed of which stone can use which method. Examples include: the sun, the moon, running water, sage, other crystals, etc. I'll let you do your research if these methods interest you. They are also effective, but for my part I like the simplicity of selenite!

All bracelets are made with natural semi-precious stones (also commonly named crystals), undyed and unheated. This choice was made to keep the natural and pure side of the stones and avoid chemical materials that can be harmful to humans.

The decorative beads are certified nickel-free, lead-free and cadmium-free (unless otherwise stated). Many people who have reactions to jewelry are allergic to nickel (it is present in a lot of jewelry, including sterling silver and stainless steel). Almost all gold charms are 18k gold plated or platinum plated (silver color) long lasting: this will be listed in the product description. Decorative gold beads are also mostly 18k gold plated.

The  sign ¤ is used to indicate 2 elements:

​-That the crystals are not sensitive to the sun (do not risk fading or cracking in the sun). It will then be written: “Ok ¤”.

-That the crystals may be sensitive to the sun, that is to say that they may fade and/or crack. This will be indicated by “No ¤”. Our crystals are no more fragile than those sold elsewhere. Fragility to the sun is only very rarely indicated. They can also remain intact in the sun. We just prefer to warn you.
